Billing questions
No. Relay plays 6 simultaneous Twitch streams for free, with saved channels, the volume mixer, synced chat, focus and immersive modes, per-stream health and shareable grids included. You can even watch as a guest without an account; signing in with Twitch adds your followed channels and lets you save layouts.
Relay Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. Checkout runs through Stripe and asks for a card up front, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Open your account menu in Relay and choose Manage Subscription. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, change your card, or download invoices. Canceling leaves your plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Yes. Approved creators in the Relay Streamer Program hand out codes, and the checkout page has a field to enter one.
Relay Studio is $29 a month and includes everything in Pro, plus your own brand on Relay: your logo in place of Relay's, your colors across the viewer, and a link of your own, watchrelay.tv/s/yourname, that plays a layout you choose for anyone who opens it. Add ?tv to that link for a full-screen version for a venue screen or a stream capture. It's built for streamers, esports casters and venues.
Yes. Choose Upgrade to Studio in the plans inside Relay. Your Pro subscription switches to Studio straight away, and your next bill credits the Pro time you haven't used. If you are still on the Pro trial, the trial ends and Studio is charged that day.
Not yet. Relay Pro is billed monthly at $9.99 and Relay Studio at $29, and there is no annual option today.
Weighing it against something free?
Fair question. Several free multistream viewers are good. Here is how Relay actually differs from each of them.
