1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Relay (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Relay is operated by Socialocca LLC.
2. Service Description, Fees & Third-Party Content
Relay provides a browser-based layout orchestration interface that allows users to organize and display embedded third-party media within a single browser window. Relay is a software tool, not a content provider. Any fees paid for Relay Free or Relay Pro are exclusively for access to the platform’s proprietary layout engine, saved configuration tools, grid management features, and interface customization options. Users are not paying for access to any live stream content, broadcaster content, or any media delivered by third-party platforms. All video and chat content displayed within Relay is delivered directly by Twitch Interactive, Inc. via their official Embed API. Relay does not host, re-transmit, store, or modify any video or audio content. All such content remains subject to Twitch’s Terms of Service, available at twitch.tv/p/legal/terms-of-service. Relay is an independent product and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Twitch Interactive, Inc. or any of its affiliates. All trademarks, service marks, and brand names referenced on this platform belong to their respective owners. Relay reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. Relay does not guarantee the availability, quality, or continuity of any third-party stream content, as that content is outside of Relay’s control.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not attempt to circumvent technical limitations, scrape or re-host third-party content delivered through the Service, abuse the Twitch Embed API in violation of Twitch’s terms, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Relay Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6. Termination
Relay may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, harms the Service, other users, or third parties.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialocca LLC and Relay are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or stream availability arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
